Users must be 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Users are responsible for managing their account information and are liable for all actions conducted through their account.

Users may not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassment, exploitation, or harm to other users
• Unauthorized access to or interference with the Service
• Unsolicited business activities or solicitation

The information provided by the Service is for reference purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice. Furthermore, information about scholarships, universities, and vocational schools listed on the Service — including deadlines, eligibility requirements, and application URLs — is provided on a best-effort basis, and its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness is not guaranteed. Users should always verify the latest information directly with the relevant institution or official source before applying.

All content provided by the Service, including but not limited to scholarship and career information, is the property of the Service or its rightful owners. Users may only use such content for personal viewing and may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

• The Service may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services (hereinafter "External Services").
• The Service is not responsible for the content, quality, availability, security, or any damages arising from the use of External Services.
• Users use External Services at their own discretion and risk.

The Service may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service.
